MGEX Strike Freedom Golden Week deal

Awesome kit, great extras. Only criticism is that the kit comes with a base so you don't need the second one. The kit also doesn't have the ability to take the blue LED bonus so if you don't have another use for it it is wasted. Luckily, I'm a Gundam tragic so will always have uses for extra bases and lighting kits.

Excellent service and fast delivery

I purchased on 6 Jan and my order arrived on 13 Jan. It was very well packed, with both boxes in excellent condition. Cam even provided a small free gift in the box! Overall purchasing experience was smooth and hassle-free. I haven’t had the chance to build the kit yet, but based on the service and care taken with shipping, I would happily purchase from this store if there are other Space Battleship Yamato models available.

P-Bandai MGSD Gundam Base Limited Gundam Barbatos (Iron-Blooded Electroplated Colour)

Very rare with fair price

If you were one of the lucky ones that were able to travel to Sydney Gundam Base pop-up in 2025 and queued extremely early (like the first 40 or so) on the first day, probably you were able to grab one of these. Otherwise, the only alternative I would know of is traveling to Japan and being uber lucky of having it still being sold at Gundam bases. Otherwise, it's a second-hand market, and prices will go up. That said, the price was fair, I think it would be similar price as using a dropship service from Japan, with the exception that it's much faster and way more guaranteed you will get proper merchandise. So, Mecha Express, Cam, thank you so much for your store!

Frequently Asked Questions

What's so special about the HG Galluss-J kit?

The HG Galluss-J is designed to be a highly posable and customisable kit. It features a unique arm-punch gimmick, allowing you to recreate its signature attack. It also comes with fingertip machine guns, an energy gun, interchangeable mono-eye, and a deployable missile hatch, offering builders plenty of options for posing and display.

I'm a beginner, is the HG Military Police Zaku a good kit to start with?

Absolutely! HG (High Grade) kits are generally recommended for beginners due to their straightforward assembly and good value. The Military Police Zaku is no exception, offering a satisfying build experience with its unique accessories like the warning lights, baton, and sasumata.

Does the HG Red Gundam transform or have any special features?

While it doesn't transform, the HG Red Gundam is rumored to have connections to the legendary RX-78-2, though the exact details are still shrouded in mystery. What we do know is that this kit features Char's iconic red colour scheme, an Alpha-type psycommu system, and comes equipped with those awesome Bits!

Are these GQuuuuuuX kits limited edition or will they be readily available?

While the initial release might see high demand, Bandai Spirits generally keeps popular kits in production. However, it's always a good idea to secure your favorite GQuuuuuuX GunPla early to avoid potential stock shortages or long wait times, especially for highly sought-after kits like the Red Gundam.

Are there likely to be more model kits announced?

Yes, infact Bandai has already announced 5 more Gunpla all marked as tentative with no further details available. Interestingly enough each of these have been given a barcode and price.
