This is a brand-new model kit created by Takara Tomy for the "Advanced Zi" (AZ) series to commemorate the Zoids 40th anniversary. It is a completely new mold, not a re-release of the old motorized kits or the HMM versions. It combines the motorized features of the original toys with the high level of detail found in modern model kits.

Does this kit come with the Liger Zero's standard white armor?

No, this kit does not include the Liger Zero's standard Zero Armor. It is designed specifically to combine with the included Fire Phoenix unit to create the Liger Zero Phoenix form. While it can be equipped with the Zero Armor from the AZ-02 Liger Zero, the armor is not included in this package.

What kind of batteries does this model require, and are they included?

The model requires two "AA" size batteries to power its motorized features and LED lights. These batteries are not included with the kit and must be purchased separately.
