Bandai 1/144 HGUC Nemo (Z Ver.) — RMS-179
The RMS-179 Nemo is the A.E.U.G.'s answer to the rising tide of Titans mobile suits during the Gryps Conflict. Built by Karaba in collaboration with Anaheim Electronics, it took the proven GM II frame and upgraded it with parts borrowed from the Rick Dias and Gundam Mk-II, producing a workhorse mobile suit that could actually stand up to anything the Titans put on the field. If you've watched Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, you'll recognise the distinctive blue-green Nemo as the mass-production unit that fills out the A.E.U.G.'s battle lines.
This kit is for builders who want a clean Universal Century mass-production design that sits well alongside Zeta-era headliners like the Mk-II or Hyaku-Shiki without competing for shelf space.
This kit is designed for beginner-to-intermediate builders and is a straightforward snap-fit build with solid articulation for an HGUC.
The HGUC Nemo (Z Ver.) carries the contemporary HGUC tooling, with improved proportions and articulation compared to the original 2005 release and the body sized to match the rest of the modern Zeta-era HGUC line. The kit includes a beam rifle, beam saber, and shield. Colour separation handles the main blue, white, and grey blocking with minimal painting required. No transformation, no inner frame, no surprises — this is a faithful mass-production grunt kit done well.

Australian Stock: In stock and ready to ship Australia-wide from Mecha Express. The HGUC 1/144 Nemo (Z Ver.) is the A.E.U.G.'s mass-production mobile suit from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, with beam rifle, beam saber, and shield included.
What to Watch For
This is a straightforward HGUC with no known fit or stability problems. The shield hardpoint can feel slightly loose if you swap the shield between arm and back-mount repeatedly. If it works loose, a light dab of clear nail polish or PVA glue on the peg restores the friction.
Builder Tips: Panel lining lifts the Nemo significantly. The moulding is clean but the grunt-suit detail is subtle. A grey panel line marker on the white sections and a black or brown marker on the blue gives the finished kit much more presence on the shelf.
Build Notes
Snap-fit assembly. No glue required. Nippers or side cutters recommended for clean part removal. Expect a 2-3 hour build with light panel lining. Action Base sold separately. Recommended age 15+.
