The Oni beneath the mask
Kamen Rider Hibiki doesn't fight with a blade or a blaster. He's the drumming, sound-based Oni hunter from the 2005 Kamen Rider Hibiki series, striking his transformation tuning fork against a hard surface to trigger the change, then taking on demons with taiko-style attack sticks instead of a standard Rider weapon. Build difficulty
Rated Skill Level 2 and recommended for builders aged 15 and up on Bandai's own packaging. It's a snap-fit polystyrene kit, no cement and no paint needed to get a finished look, thanks to Bandai's polarised moulding colour doing the work on the suit. That said, it's a step up from an entry kit: double-jointed elbows and knees, a forward-swinging pelvis joint, and several near-identical hand parts to match to the right wrist mean it rewards a bit of prior build experience.
