Bandai 30MF Class Up Armor (Rosan Enchanter)

Bandai 30MF Class Up Armor (Rosan Enchanter)

Class Up Armor (Rosan Enchanter) is a set of armour and weapon parts from Bandai's 30 Minutes Fantasy line. Bandai designed it to be swapped onto the separately sold 30MF Rosan Wizard through "Armor Cross" (armour replacement), which classes the Wizard up to a Rosan Enchanter. In Bandai's photos it brings a hooded helm, spiked shoulder armour, a long cape and a curved sword in deep purple and dark grey.

Bandai gives the Rosan version a lightning-attribute Element Core, and a different face design and colouring from the Liber Republic's Enchanter. It is an add-on set, so the Rosan Wizard is needed to build the finished figure.

Technical Highlights

  • Armor Cross swap: replaces the Rosan Wizard's armour with the Enchanter set, per Bandai.
  • Weapon parts included: a sword plus a set of weapon parts, per Bandai's contents list.
  • Element Core: the attribute is lightning, per Bandai.

What Makes This Kit Special

  • Cape and hood: the hooded helm and long cape change the silhouette from the base Wizard.
  • Curved sword: a long curved blade, shown in Bandai's action photos.
  • Rosan colouring: a different face design and colour scheme from the Liber Enchanter.

What's In The Box

  • Sword (1)
  • Armour parts (1 set)
  • Weapon parts (1 set)

The Rosan Wizard body shown wearing the set in the photos is not included.

Compatible Base Figure

Bandai states this set is designed to combine with the 30MF Rosan Wizard. Fit on other 30MF figures is not confirmed by Bandai's product page, so it is not claimed here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the 30 Minutes Fantasy collection different from other Bandai series?

The 30 Minutes Fantasy (30MF) collection stands out by incorporating fantasy themes such as knights, warriors, and mythical creatures, unlike the more futuristic and mechanical designs of the 30 Minutes Missions series. It features highly detailed parts, easy snap-fit assembly, exceptional articulation, and a wide range of interchangeable parts for customisation, allowing builders to create unique fantasy characters.

What types of models are included in the 30 Minutes Fantasy collection?

The collection includes models like the Liber Knight and Liber Fighter, each with its own set of accessories and armour parts. These models feature a "Silhouette" base body that can be transformed into various fantasy roles by swapping out parts. The series focuses on a diverse range of characters inspired by classic fantasy lore.

Are the 30 Minutes Fantasy models easy to assemble, and who are they suitable for?

Yes, the 30 Minutes Fantasy models are designed for easy snap-fit assembly, making them accessible to both beginners and experienced builders. These kits are recommended for ages 8 and up. No glue is required, and the parts fit together seamlessly, allowing for a straightforward and enjoyable building experience.

Can I customise the 30 Minutes Fantasy models, and do they need to be painted?

Absolutely! One of the key features of the 30 Minutes Fantasy series is the extensive range of interchangeable parts. You can customise your models with various armour, weapons, and accessories to create unique characters. While the models are pre-coloured and do not need painting, you can choose to paint them for added detail and personalisation.

What kind of articulation can I expect from the 30 Minutes Fantasy models?

The 30 Minutes Fantasy models offer exceptional articulation, with multiple points of movement that enable dynamic and natural poses. Innovations in joint structures, especially in the head, neck, chest, and waist, allow for expressive movements and bold posing without compromising the model's body lines. This makes the models not only fun to build but also great for display.

MGEX Strike Freedom Golden Week deal

Awesome kit, great extras. Only criticism is that the kit comes with a base so you don't need the second one. The kit also doesn't have the ability to take the blue LED bonus so if you don't have another use for it it is wasted. Luckily, I'm a Gundam tragic so will always have uses for extra bases and lighting kits.

Excellent service and fast delivery

I purchased on 6 Jan and my order arrived on 13 Jan. It was very well packed, with both boxes in excellent condition. Cam even provided a small free gift in the box! Overall purchasing experience was smooth and hassle-free. I haven’t had the chance to build the kit yet, but based on the service and care taken with shipping, I would happily purchase from this store if there are other Space Battleship Yamato models available.

Very rare with fair price

If you were one of the lucky ones that were able to travel to Sydney Gundam Base pop-up in 2025 and queued extremely early (like the first 40 or so) on the first day, probably you were able to grab one of these. Otherwise, the only alternative I would know of is traveling to Japan and being uber lucky of having it still being sold at Gundam bases. Otherwise, it's a second-hand market, and prices will go up. That said, the price was fair, I think it would be similar price as using a dropship service from Japan, with the exception that it's much faster and way more guaranteed you will get proper merchandise. So, Mecha Express, Cam, thank you so much for your store!
