The armoured ReZEL that rides with General Revil

The RGZ-95C ReZEL Type-C is a heavier variant of the standard ReZEL mobile suit, built for the mobile suits under General Revil's command during Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and RE:0096. This kit carries the orange and grey General Revil Custom colour scheme, and comes with both of the Type-C's interchangeable backpack units.

The Defenser a-Unit trades range for saturation fire with twin Hyper Beam Sabers and six Missile Pods, while the Defenser b-Unit goes long-range with twin Mega Beam Launchers and twin Mega Particle Cannons. Build one, or build both and swap between them.

Build difficulty

This is a Master Grade kit with two full backpack units to assemble on top of the base ReZEL, so budget more time than a standard MG. The backpack units are also genuinely heavy once built, and the kit includes its own mini support stand to hold the rear waist armour steady, a step you won't see on most MG kits. Builders who've finished a Master Grade before will manage this comfortably; first-timers should expect a longer session and go carefully around the peg-fit joints on the backpack mounts.

Assembly Guide

SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED
Skill Level.3. Basic modeling skills are essential. These kits are not recommended for beginners or children due to the high level of complexity of assembly and the sheer volume of parts. Experience in building more complex Gunpla models is recommended. Parental supervision is essential. A full set of hobby tools is recommended that includes, nippers, hobby knives, sandpaper, sanding sticks, files, buffing files, glues, tweezers, and decal adhesive/softener. Parts will need to be removed by using a pair of nippers and cutting the part away from the runner. Parts may require clean-up where they were removed from the runner.
No Cement Required

Gunpla (plastic model kits) are a snap together assembly and do not need plastic cement to complete. We always recommend having some plastic cement handy as a part of your modeler's tool kit. If you prefer to fix your model in a particular pose then plastic cement will work. Plastic cement is also perfect to use if a joint is loose. Apply plastic cement in a single thin layer and allow it to dry completely before test fitting. Re-apply more cement if necessary.

No Painting Required

Gunpla (plastic model kits) are designed to be built and displayed without the need for painting. Kits are molded in different colours replicating the colours of the actual mecha from the Mecha series. A technique called colour separation, where multiple parts of the model are molded in different colours on the same sprue is also used. Mecha kits often include stickers or water-slide decals that can be applied to the model to enhance its appearance. Awesome kit, great extras. Only criticism is that the kit comes with a base so you don't need the second one. The kit also doesn't have the ability to take the blue LED bonus so if you don't have another use for it it is wasted. Luckily, I'm a Gundam tragic so will always have uses for extra bases and lighting kits.

Very rare with fair price

If you were one of the lucky ones that were able to travel to Sydney Gundam Base pop-up in 2025 and queued extremely early (like the first 40 or so) on the first day, probably you were able to grab one of these. Otherwise, the only alternative I would know of is traveling to Japan and being uber lucky of having it still being sold at Gundam bases. Otherwise, it's a second-hand market, and prices will go up. That said, the price was fair, I think it would be similar price as using a dropship service from Japan, with the exception that it's much faster and way more guaranteed you will get proper merchandise. So, Mecha Express, Cam, thank you so much for your store!
