Bandai 1/144 30MM Extended Armament Vehicle (Boost Wild Bike Ver.)

The Bandai 1/144 30MM Extended Armament Vehicle (Boost Wild Bike Ver.) is a modular support vehicle designed for the 30 Minutes Missions system. This kit transforms between a high-speed motorcycle and a bipedal walker configuration, and every component can be disassembled to create custom leg units, back-mounted boosters, or armour plating for your 30MM mobile suits. The Boost Wild Bike brings rugged desert-raid styling to your collection and changes the scale and presence of any compatible model when used as a rider vehicle or parts donor.

This kit includes 150+ parts with snap-fit assembly and requires no glue. The modular transformation system converts the bike into a heavy-duty walker configuration in minutes.

The wheels and chassis function as armour plating or propulsion units when attached to mobile suits. Standard 30MM Alto or Portanova figures sit naturally on the bike, or you can use the frame to extend the height and reach of your custom builds. Every surface features standard 3mm connection points for mounting cannons, missiles, or additional armour plates from any 30 Minutes Missions or 30 Minutes Sisters kit.

What Makes This Kit Special

  • Dual Mode Transformation: Switches between high-speed motorcycle form and bipedal walker configuration for varied display options
  • Modular Wheel System: Wheels detach and repurpose as shoulder shields or leg-mounted thrusters on other 1/144 kits
  • Rider Compatibility: Seating geometry allows any 30MM or 30MS figure to sit securely on the bike
  • Custom Leg Units: Front fork and rear assembly function as replacement limbs to create non-humanoid mecha silhouettes
  • Universal 3mm Ports: Standard connection points across the frame for mounting weapons and armour from any 30MM kit
  • Detailed Tread Sculpting: Tyres feature deep mechanical detailing that responds well to weathering techniques
  • Parts Harvesting Potential: Designed for experimentation without glue or complex modifications for kitbashing
  • Desert Aesthetic: Wasteland and urban scouting styling for 1/144 scale mecha displays
  • Action Base Compatible: Standard connection points work with Action Base 8 for dynamic leaning or jumping poses

Assembly Guide

Gunpla (plastic model kits) are a snap together assembly and do not need plastic cement to complete. We always recommend having some plastic cement handy as a part of your modeler's tool kit. If you prefer to fix your model in a particular pose then plastic cement will work. Plastic cement is also perfect to use if a joint is loose. Apply plastic cement in a single thin layer and allow it to dry completely before test fitting. Re-apply more cement if necessary.

Gunpla (plastic model kits) are designed to be built and displayed without the need for painting. Kits are molded in different colours replicating the colours of the actual mecha from the Mecha series. A technique called colour separation, where multiple parts of the model are molded in different colours on the same sprue is also used. Mecha kits often include stickers or water-slide decals that can be applied to the model to enhance its appearance. Some Gunpla kits come with pre-painted parts or parts with pre-applied details, such as metallic or translucent finishes.

Many modelers still choose to paint their kits to customize and add further detail. Painting allows for more creativity and personalization, enabling modelers to achieve unique effects, weathering, and colour schemes that may not be available out of the box. However, the kits are designed to be enjoyable and visually appealing even without painting, making them accessible to a wide range of hobbyists.
