Fumina Hoshino is the Gunpla-loving heroine of Gundam Build Fighters Try, and this is her Figure-rise Standard kit from Bandai. It is a character figure rather than a mobile suit, built from coloured plastic with a removable parka, three face parts, two sets of hands and a Petit'gguy in her colour. Bandai released it in Japan in October 2020 and rates it 8+.
Build difficulty
Skill Level 2. It is a snap-fit build in moulded colour, with no glue needed, and Bandai rates it 8+. One Japanese reviewer notes the joints are all KPS with no polycaps. The part that takes care is the face. The eyes come as a foil sticker sheet and a waterslide decal sheet, so how you finish them is up to you, and both need patience with tweezers.

What to watch for
This comes from one detailed Japanese builder review and a community kit guide, so treat each point as a note rather than a confirmed fault:
- The eye stickers have no spares, and one reviewer found the stickers show their thickness around the eyebrows. The waterslide decals give a more natural result and come two to a sheet, so one slip can be recovered. A community guide recommends a decal softener to make the eye decals settle.
- With the parka on, leaning back and shoulder swing are a little more limited than without it, per one reviewer.
- The waist is fixed, and the body bends at the chest, per the same reviewer.
- Play value is modest: only gripping and open hands are included, and there are no weapon holders.
- There are seam lines on the arms, per one reviewer. The cheek sticker is foil and can look like a patch, so one reviewer chose not to use it.
